A handcrafted and handcarved tradidtional shepherds crooks, made to your specifications by Alistair Strachan.

We work with you through at various stages of crafting process to ensure that this unique and bespoke stick or stave embodies the likeness of your ideas. As each item is unique as your idea, it is best to email us first so we can come up wtih a workable plan and cost. Mark can add engraved collars, leather artwork engraved panels, paracord grips, lanyards, wrist cords, carved shalfs and different shaped handles. He can use paint to highlight areas and different finishes to bring out the beauty of the wood.

Pricing

Please note: you are just paying for the desposit to start work on your commisson at this stage. 

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Step 1: Please email us with your idea, required stick length and if there is a deadline. 

Step 2: We will reply once Mark have pondered over the idea and we will send you a sketch of a workable plan. We can also let you know of costs, deposit to start work on these is 50%. 

Step 3: Once you are happy with the plan, we place your order and take desposit, so work can begin. We will contact you for further details if we haven't received them already though email conversations. We will also discuss with you the expected turn-around time and note down any deadlines. Lead times for unique commisson jobs can vary throughout the year from 2-6 months. These sticks are individually sculpted and fully bespoke, so they do take time. We will also communicate with you throughout the process of making your stick to ensure you are kept up-to-date with progress.

Step 4: Once the stick has been made we will contact you to arrange delivery.
